As a Registered Kinesiologist, I have the training and expertise to help maximize your training sessions. My approach, as well as my repertoire of strategies and fitness resources, will help you fall in love with exercise and physical activity. Our discussions will focus on what you have been doing to stay active, and how we can work together to ensure that you are maximizing your potential in order to achieve your fitness goals.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)
If you like to sweat, this is for you. Short on time? No problem. Ill make sure you're in and out in a time frame that works with your busy schedule.
CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING & STRENGTH TRAINING
Well rounded and systematic, this approach offers a slower pace. The focus of these sessions is to educate you about exercise so you can maximize your results and feel confident exercising independently.
SHORT & LONG-TERM FITNESS PLANNING
If you've "yo-yoed" from one gym routine or diet to the next, then this may be for you. I can help you find your passion, and ignite a love for physical activity. The objective here is to help you be active for life!
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENING & CAPACITY EVALUATIONS
Are you interested in learning more about your movement quality and efficiency? Are you working towards a physical competency training test (i.e., fire, police, or paramedic physical testing)? I will work with you to understand the demands of your occupation, and ensure that you are fit for duty. Training will be focused on improving the quality of your movement and/or physical capacity for a specific purpose or outcome.
